Can you believe it!?
On October 25, 2010, The LupieGirl was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus. At that time, she had so many things going on and throughout the years, she struggled, mentally, physically and emotionally. Despite it all, she wanted the world to know what Lupus was and how it has affected her life.
Ten years later, here she is, still standing strong to tell the story and advocate for Lupus and providing support to those living with Lupus and other chronic illnesses!
In 10 years, she's experienced many losses including 3 kidneys, a gallbladder, a few teeth, and hair. However, she remained encouraged and accomplished goal after goal knocking down EVERY barrier in the way!
To Celebrate these 10 years, The LupieGirl will be sending comfort someone's way! So, The LupieGirl has created The LupieGirl's Lupieversary Comfort Basket Giveaway which will be given to ONE person living with Lupus and ONE person who is a caregiver of someone living with Lupus or another chronic illness.
